Kenneth J. Applebaum
Ken was previously a partner at Berger & Webb, LLP and a litigation associate at Fried Frank. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Wayne State University where he served as editor of the Wayne State Law Review.

Adam was formerly a partner at Berger & Webb, LLP and associated with Hughes Hubbard & Reed. He graduated from Washington University (B.A.) and Columbia University Law School (J.D.) where he was Managing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.

Adam has been recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyer (2016-2024) and previously as one of its Rising Stars (2013-2015).
